Hypothesis

We anticipate that offering a universal editor tool for both Communicators and Non-communicators will enhance their collaboration, accessibility, and flexibility.

We will confirm this through Siemens' onboarding of over 6,000 Non-communicator users to Sprinklr Self-Serve Marketing.

Design Sprint

This was a five-day sprint focused on framing and addressing a specific problem. We gathered relevant insights, potential challenges, and customer feedback from the success team, customers, and the Product Manager.

Monday — Kick-off and Pick Focus Area

Personas

In this sprint, our primary focus is on the Non-communicator persona, although we also consider Communicators. Our user journey map primarily centers around the Non-communicator persona.

2 main Personas for project use case.

User Journey

In collaboration with the Product Manager, we created a customer journey map to visualize the end-to-end experience with the product. This process enables the team to refine a broad challenge into a specific focus for the sprint.

Team Support Widgets

To conduct a high-fidelity sprint, I received extensive widget support from the Research, Care, and Platform Teams, filling in any missing widgets they didn't have.
